Strategic Search |

Throughout the strategic search phase you will be contacted with regular progress updates and informed of timelines for project completion. Each short-listed candidate will be presented to you with detailed notes and a resume for your review. • Review of preliminary results and schedule interviews with potential candidates. |

Phase 3 |
Client Interview |

| We fully brief both clients and candidates prior to their meetings. • Candidates are prepared and scheduled for interview. • Second/Final interviews booked as necessary. |
You will receive candidate feedback from GCG following interviews. We will pre-close finalist candidates on compensation, motivation and interest in role to help ensure a successful placement. • Decide appropriate company officers to be involved in interviews with the prospective new hire and schedule first interview. • Give detailed feedback to GCG on interview impressions. • Organize second or any final interviews that may be necessary to determine fit with company and role. |

Phase 4 |
Reference Verification and Presentation of Offer |

| We offer superior reference checks, and detailed notes on the finalist candidates so you will be confident you are hiring the right person for the position. • Verify professional references and other information as required (ie criminal record, education etc) • Present detailed report to client • Candidate provided with advice on avoiding counter-offers and coached on the resignation. • Verbal/Written presentation of offer to the candidate with the involvement of the client. • Offer acceptance and delivery of signed contract. |

Phase 5 |
Job Transitioning and Client Integration |

| We will provide any necessary guidance to candidate and client to maintain a smooth termination and job transition phase. • Confirm conditions of employment and facilitate start date of candidate. • Follow-up with candidate and client after start date to maintain communication and obtain feedback. |
