Our Client specializes in the design of water distribution and storm and sanitary collection infrastructure. They are currently seeking experienced Municipal Design Engineers to join their team. Preferred candidates will have graduated from a civil engineering program, ideally with eight to ten years of municipal design related experience and have a P.Eng. designation. This position will offer the successful candidates the opportunity to be an integral part of a variety of municipal projects. Preferred skill sets would include: road design, cost estimating, specification preparation, contract administration, design and construction of municipal infrastructure reconstruction and rehabilitation projects and knowledge of Ministry of Transportation standards/methodology. Applicants must have strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Computer skills include proficiency in the use of related design software, MS Word and Excel.
