There is currently an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, resourceful and talented individual for the role of Office Manager. This position is based in our Toronto, ON office.
The office manager must be motivated and professional. Must have experience working as an office manager; be hard working and able to drive a team. The office manager must be comfortable working in a startup environment.
Role and Responsibilities
Make the office “hum”
Bring multiple offices (Toronto, Waterloo, London) online and coordinated
Manage vendors, contractors, landlords, etc.
Arrange office space, furniture
Ensure offices operate efficiently and cohesively
Look after the little details which can cause big problems
Standard office admin duties (ordering supplies, reception, etc.)
Standard EA duties (scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, etc.)
Qualifications and Experience
Intermediate to senior project management
Vendor management
Communications, presentation
Attention to detail, well organized, meticulous
MS Office and MS Project expertise.
Fluency with computers.

Candidates will do whatever is required for success; have an outgoing/social personality and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
