Manager, Financial Transformation

Our client, a leading IT consulting firm, requires a Manager, Financial Transformation. Candidate will report to the Director Consulting Services, and be accountable for the implementation and support of an SAP integrated software solution.

This individual will act as the Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and/or Financial Performance, subject matter expert for a large scale ERP implementation effort. He/she will provide Finance/Accounting subject matter expertise for other clients as required.

Required Work Experience:

• Led Financial Transformation projects within an ERP environment / project (e.g. SAP financials)
• Financial accounting and management accounting experience for a major corporation preferably in the consumer products or healthcare field
• Experience in leading projects that implemented financial accounting and management accounting functionality within a complex operation
• Significant experience in a variety of change projects including financial accounting and management accounting strategies within a consulting organization
• Knowledge of financial impacts including costing, financial and fiscal reporting, internal management reporting and measurements, cash forecasting and liquidity measurements, treasury, financial controls 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to negotiate, mediate and resolve conflicts
• Ability to liaise between Project and Executive Sponsor and other key stakeholders

 Required Level of Education (include certifications):

• Project Management designation preferred
• Accounting designation preferred (CGA, CMA, CA) or equivalent industry experience

 Technical Skills:

• Experience in financial systems implementation (preferably SAP experience)

 Other Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas
